Field Real Estate was started in the late 1940’s by Lillienne I.
Field, one of the most prominent and successful REALTORS®
in the greater Salem area for 3 decades. In a time when male agents
dominated the real estate market, she was the first woman to be
appointed to the local Board of Realtors (The Greater Salem Board
back then). She was known for her honesty, fairness and integrity,

In 2000 James Field Armstrong entered the real estate profession.
Following in the footsteps of his grandmother and fulfilling her
