A market analysis (also known as an appraisal) is a report which takes information from homes comparable to yours that have sold in the last six months, are currently listed for sale, and that were listed but did not sell. By comparing your home to these other properties in reference to size, style, location, features, condition, amenities, time on market and several other factors, we can give you an accurate forecast of the price that your property would sell for if it were to be sold today.
