Meet Jim Armstrong
Welcome! I’m Jim Armstrong, a lifelong North Shore resident with deep roots in this beautiful corner of New England. Born in Chicopee, MA, my family settled in Danvers in 1961, and I spent more than 30 years living in Salem before making Beverly my home.
A Career Built on Service
I earned my real estate license in 2000 and quickly discovered my passion for helping people buy and sell homes. Within just two years, I became one of Salem’s top three Realtors® and was promoted to manage the Salem office of Vernon A. Martin, Inc.
Inspired by my grandmother, Lilienne Field—one of Salem’s most respected Realtors® from the 1940s through the 1970s—I followed her example and opened Armstrong Field Real Estate. After 19 successful years, I merged my company with ALUXETY Real Estate, expanding our reach across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine.
My Approach
Like my grandmother, I believe real estate is about more than transactions—it’s about relationships and results. My success comes from exceptional customer service, careful attention to detail, and strong marketing, negotiation, and mediation skills.
