Jim Armstrong
Jim has been a resident of the North Shore for most of his life. Born in Chicopee, MA, his family moved to Danvers in 1961. Jim lived in Salem for over 30 years and currently resides in Beverly.
Jim received his real estate license in 2000 and, having found his new career niche, became one of the top 3 Realtors® in Salem by 2002. He was promoted to manager of the Salem office of Vernon A. Martin, Inc. Realtors in the fall of 2002.
Following in the steps of his grandmother, Lilienne Field, one of the most outstanding and respected Realtors® in Salem from the 1940's through 1978, James Field Armstrong opened his own office, Armstrong Field Real Estate. After 19 years he merged his company with ALUXETY Real Estate, creating a larger brokerage that serves not only Massachusetts, but New Hampshire & Maine, also.
Like his grandmother, his focus is on customer service. He contributes his success not just as a result of his customer service and attention to detail, but also to his marketing, negotiating and mediation skills. Jim works with home buyers and sellers in Essex, Suffolk and Middlesex counties of Massachusetts. His specialties are providing complete marketing plans for sellers of Luxury Homes on the North Shore of Massachusetts, estates, historic homes, waterfront homes, subdivisions, new construction and condominium development. He also represents home buyers, home sellers in all price ranges, and provides marketing for people who are selling their businesses. He is part of the Armstrong Field Group with ALUXETY, which uses the power of the team approach to marketing and selling real estate. This provides better service for their clients and ensures that someone is available 7 days a week.
Jim is a licensed real estate instructor who enjoys helping people establish a new career as a Massachusetts real estate agent.
