Meet Jim Armstrong — North Shore MA Realtor & Real Estate Expert
I’m Jim Armstrong, a lifelong North Shore resident and the leader of the Armstrong Field Group at ALUXETY Real Estate. My connection to this area runs deep. Born in Chicopee, my family moved to Danvers in 1961, and I spent more than 30 years living in Salem before settling in Beverly—giving me firsthand knowledge of the communities, neighborhoods, and market trends that shape North Shore Massachusetts real estate.
A Career Built on Local Expertise & Client Service
I earned my Massachusetts real estate license in 2000 and quickly discovered my passion for helping people navigate the real estate market. Within two years, I became one of Salem’s top three Realtors® and was promoted to manage the Salem office of Vernon A. Martin, Inc.
Real estate is part of my family’s heritage. My grandmother, Lilienne Field, was one of Salem’s most respected Realtors® from the 1940s through the 1970s. Following her example, I founded Armstrong Field Real Estate, which I successfully operated for 19 years before merging with ALUXETY Real Estate to expand our services across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine.
