OUR REALTORS
Meet Jim Armstrong
North Shore Massachusetts Real Estate Advisor | Armstrong Field Group at ALUXETY Real Estate
If you’re thinking about buying or selling on the North Shore, you deserve more than someone who simply lists homes or unlocks doors. You deserve an experienced advisor who understands this market inside and out — and knows how to position you for success.
I’m Jim Armstrong, a lifelong North Shore resident and leader of the Armstrong Field Group at ALUXETY Real Estate. My family moved to Danvers in 1961, I spent more than 30 years living in Salem, and today I call Beverly home. That history gives me deep, firsthand knowledge of the communities, neighborhoods, pricing trends, and subtle market shifts that truly matter when making a move.
Experience That Delivers Results
I earned my Massachusetts real estate license in 2000 and quickly became one of Salem’s top three Realtors® within two years. Soon after, I was promoted to manage the Salem office of Vernon A. Martin, Inc.
Real estate runs in my family. My grandmother, Lilienne Field, was one of Salem’s most respected Realtors® from the 1940s through the 1970s. Inspired by her example, I founded Armstrong Field Real Estate and successfully operated it for 19 years before merging with ALUXETY Real Estate to expand our reach across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine.
Today, our team blends relationship-driven service with modern marketing strategy to give clients a measurable advantage.

A Global Perspective
Outside of real estate, I have a passion for travel. I’ve explored the Caribbean, Costa Rica, Panama, Brazil, Mexico, and much of Europe. Experiencing different cultures and lifestyles has broadened my perspective and deepened my understanding of what “home” truly means.
That perspective is especially valuable for relocating clients and second-home buyers. A home isn’t just square footage — it’s lifestyle, comfort, and long-term security.
Educator & Advocate
In addition to serving clients, I’m a licensed Massachusetts real estate instructor. Teaching keeps me sharp on contracts, compliance, and evolving market strategies — knowledge that directly benefits the buyers and sellers I represent.
If you’re considering a move on the North Shore, I’d be honored to help you navigate it strategically and confidently. Whether buying, selling, or simply exploring your options, I’m here to ensure your next move is a smart one.
