In 1944, Lillienne I. Field founded Field Real Estate in Salem, establishing a reputation defined by integrity, discretion, and unwavering professionalism. At a time when few women held positions of influence in the industry, she became the first woman appointed to the local Board of Realtors. Decades later, her grandson, James “Jim” Field Armstrong, carried that legacy forward, founding Armstrong Field Real Estate in 2005.
