The story of Armstrong Field Real Estate is rooted in integrity, innovation, and community. It began in 1944, when Lillienne I. Field, a trailblazing REALTOR®, founded Field Real Estate in Salem. At a time when men dominated the industry, Lillienne broke barriers as the first woman appointed to the local Board of Realtors (then known as the Greater Salem Board). Known for her honesty, fairness, and professionalism, she earned the respect of both her clients and peers, setting a standard of excellence that continues to inspire us today.
Carrying forward his grandmother’s vision, James “Jim” Field Armstrong launched Armstrong Field Real Estate in 2005. For nearly two decades, Jim built a reputation for exceptional client service, innovative marketing, and trusted results. In 2024, Armstrong Field Real Estate proudly merged with ALUXETY Real Estate, combining tradition with modern strategies to better serve today’s homebuyers and sellers.
