Open Houses provide a unique opportunity for prospective buyers, like yourself, to take a closer look at the property before making a decision without any pressure. You will have the opportunity to tour the home, get a feel for the layout, and see the features that make it unique. 


When you go to an Open House just remember that the real estate agent hosting it is most likely the listing agent - meaning that they are working for the seller and trying to get the best price and terms for them. DO NOT give them information that can be used against you in negotiations in the event that you decide to make an offer. If it is a property that you like, then contact your buyer's agent who can give you the inside scoop on the home. If you don't have a buyer's agent (and you should) then contact one of the Massachusetts REALTORS on our team.
