We expect a lot out of my agents, but they get a lot in return. They receive one of the highest commission splits in the industry. They get the training that they need. They work in an environment of cooperation – not competition. Most importantly, they get my complete support.
What we don’t give my agents are fees - no franchise fees, no technology fees, no office fees, no referral fees, and no sign fees. We only ask that our agents reimburse us for is the cost of one item that we have to pay for upfront - that's our E&O insurance (extremely minimal, and deducted from your earnings). That’s it.
